We are working diligently to secure funding to begin and sustain this program in our community. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Webster's dictionary defines an advocate as "one who pleads the cause of another, or one who is friendly to and a defender of another person, group or cause." Because children have neither voice nor vote and little influence in our country, child advocates are needed to ensure justice in the provision of both protection and services to children.

We are pleading with you to consider making a choice to become part of the solution in these important issues, by responding as a child advocate to help these precious children and their non-offending family members to put the broken pieces back together. These tragedies are facts that we are unable to erase, but each of us through our support can make a difference in services provided to them.

"The Children's Advocacy Center of Thomasville/Thomas County, Georgia" is a non-profit organization, organized as a response to the growing awareness of sexual assault and abuse cases against children in our community. It is a result of the combined energy and dedication of Medical Professionals, Law Enforcement, Christian Leaders, City and County Governments, Volunteers, and Survivors.
